  • Student Presentations Our young leaders give weekly presentations on "Presentation Friday"!  They are preparing now for successful futures.
  • Guest Speakers Our leaders learn from real business and community leaders on a bimonthly basis.  Click on "Guest Speakers for previous and future guest speakers". Â
  • Community Involvement Our leaders learn about community concerns and have visited Operation Push, a City Council meeting, and the Black Wall street economic summit.
  • Hands on Learning Our leaders do a variety of projects which require them to use their knowledge on various topics.

Senate and President students have learned about Pavlov, BF Skinner, classical conditioning and operant conditioning.  They will soon be putting their knowledge to the test as they will be training our lab rat, Pipsqueak, to do various tasks.  The President girls will condition her to run a simple obstacle course and the president boys will condition her to climb a rope and ring a bell.  One Senate group will condition her to jump over a foot from one platform to another while the other group will condition her to run a maze.  Stay tuned for pictures and winners!
