  • Student Presentations Our young leaders give weekly presentations on "Presentation Friday"!  They are preparing now for successful futures.
  • Guest Speakers Our leaders learn from real business and community leaders on a bimonthly basis.  Click on "Guest Speakers for previous and future guest speakers". Â
  • Community Involvement Our leaders learn about community concerns and have visited Operation Push, a City Council meeting, and the Black Wall street economic summit.
  • Hands on Learning Our leaders do a variety of projects which require them to use their knowledge on various topics.

     In order to be a success, our students must dress for it.  Students must wear uniforms daily except for presentation Fridays. Uniforms for boys consist of khaki pants, a white shirt, navy blazer and a plaid tie that matches the girls' uniform.  The tie and blazer must be purchased from Martinelli's at 3517 W. 95th Street.  Uniforms for girls consist of a plaid dress for preK to 2nd grade and a plaid skirt for 3rd through 6th grade, a white blouse with round collar and a navy sweater. On presentation Fridays, which are twice a month, boys must wear a suit with slacks, shirt, tie and a suit jacket and/or sweater. Girls must wear slacks or a knee-length skirt and a blouse. Gym clothes will be made available for wear on gym days.  No jeans, T-shirts, sweatshirts, or gym shoes are allowed unless noted for gym or a particular activity.
